You may or may not know this, but the English voice for Ultra 1 is actually a mistranslation. The correct translation is "One instant, a thousand strikes".
Yeh one instant, one thousand strikes seems strange and die one thousand times sounds better but for me, in Japanese, or even Chinese since they are understandable, it sounds cooler than dying one thousand times, cuz it feels cool that he can hit so fast in one instant.

Dude, that's what my brother does every time I try to get him to play Street Fighter with me, he just picks Ryu/Ken/etc. goes to the far side of the stage, and just does nothing but spam fireballs.
Hey thanks for the feedback Peja! Tbh, you can get through against some characters with Fireball spam. (this is only applies playing on Arcade) Of course on Online Ranked matches, I wouldn't want to resort to that though. :)
I believe the dominant school of thought regarding being unable to get in against fireball spammers is "git gud." Learn their timing and spacing. Know when it's safe to jump forward and when it's not, because most characters have an attack designed to counter jump-ins. Find the sweet spot where you dodge the fireball, bait out a dragon punch, and let 'em have it on their way down.
