Nah that style is all marching band, people that can teach that with a band is very rare, why drop two levels below a marching band just to compete with someone who isn't on your level... Marching Band, Drum Line, Radio Music ...... that would be crazy of them. IMO...
I didnt say quit ur job. He can still have his own team outside of that and make some of that Lifetime Tv money. Whats wrong with that. Its not a downgrade its a step up if u ask me being compensated even more for his greatness
