No, the SC noticed how ED has the same set of data for 1.5 years before Arvind Kejriwal's arrest but they only arrested him during the election time (on the date when SBI gave alphanumeric number yoo electoral bonds)
If they were fine for not arresting him for 1.5 years, then it would be okay 20 days

Most importantly, all the approvers are BJP-linked people. Some of those people gave statements against Kejriwal once they were arrested, and when they accused kejriwal, they were given bail.

Supreme Court is behaving childish in case of Kejriwal the gravest offender of the country. It is the most unfortunate judgement of Supreme Court since it's inception. Common people don't get bail on petty cases, but Kejriwal like people are purchasing bail openly that too from the supreme pedestal of judiciary totally to the dismay of our countrymen and utter happiness of foreign agencies. The judges who have delivered the judgement has backend the history of judiciary like Kejriwal did the same to the position of CM.

If Kejriwal is given Bail on principle "Kejriwal no threat ", then why not all the prisoners who are "no threat"not given bail? This was my question and I can't understand it.
Read about the case in detail. ED can't even submit single strong evidence since his first arrest.
At least read the previous lines "..but he has not been convicted. He does not have any criminal antecedents. He is not a threat to the society." Now in this context referencing this statement, other judicial custody "prisoners" can go to supreme court bench and ask for the same. Simple.
