- In February 2020, the #BDTeam traveled with the German Roamers, in collaboration with @GermanyTourism, to explore the hidden gems of Germany.
Lennart Pagel (@lennart) and Max Muench (@muenchmax) showed us some of their favorite spots around Germany- from castles to national parks!
Modern engineering gives old memories a new meaning in Germany. It is a place where the past and future come together. From exploring the stunning castles of Schloss Drachenburg and Schloss Moritzburg to discovering the astounding natural sites of Zugspitze and Eifel National Park, the German Roamers show us their favorite spots to capture amazing content in Germany.
Traveling across Germany doesn’t only show its landscapes and its people, it also inspires us to go beyond what meets the eye. Come explore Germany’s hidden gems with us.

i only just realized how beautiful Germany is after i moved to a different continent. This was 2 years ago. I can't go back to Germany but i miss it dearly, have lived there my whole live and its just breathtaking. i miss all the little villages and forests especially

Great video! I've visited Germany several times and love it...cant wait go get back. Respectfully, I don't feel like you really had "hidden gems" in this video aside from maybe Monreal and Moritzburg castle.

Although Germany has loads of history and beautiful nature most of these so called "hidden gems" are actually absolutely crowded with tons and tons of asian tourists as well as some tourists from the rest of the world, so the whole vibe is pretty much gone and me as a german I don't even think about visiting these "hidden gems" or other tourist attractions because of that. On top of that, most of Germany is densely populated and therefore boring. These kind of videos do two things. 1: Make sure tourists feel disappointed because of the endless crowds and all the ridiculous tourist shops. 2: Make sure even more people visit Germany to the point where we as germans can't even explore our own country unless we want to walk around surrounded by tourists not being able to even turn. Its so damn frustrating every single time
I understand you completely! Tourism is a worst thing ever happens to planet.
Well, it’s the same here in Asia haha. But even here I fond enough great places without tourists. Just keep searching 😉
