Grixis Pack/greed decks using the bird to give away permanents I thought would benefit from the wishclaw talisman. You can use it on your turn, then steal it back if the bird attacks the same turn.
@@PowderedCheeseAficionado In general, using blue with pact tends to work better. You can use tidebinder which can counter the pact trigger on your upkeep whereas packdos can only sacrifice it on an opponent's turn and only if there is a creature on the field. Besides that, I am thinking of any other combinations with wishclaw amulet. Virtue of knowledge does give you the higher value, but only having the bird to pick it back up is sketchy.
I want to play pact/offering. I think it could be OK in bo1 and even explorer. I really want to dive back into explorer with the MGC coming up for it soon. Give me the reasons to not play this combo haha
hahaha, unfortunately I fully support playing the combo. It's the most fun I've had in a while... and yeah I'm also hyped about explorer, honestly not sure where to start with the new cards - but going to try and brew on the channel!
