It doesn't have to be perfect, as you can see in the video my left hand is a mess, but it's good enough to play this bc here I was focusing on placing not every finger perfectly, but really optimizing the movement of my hand for the next note, one finger at a time!

Idk if you're asking for an explanation but basically it is one motion and you pull with your index, middle finger and ring finger. At the beginning you can try with only index and middle finger (2 notes) to get the principle. You must use the side of your fingers and keep it really sturdy if you don't want to be loose on rhythm

No particular technique used, it's just 2 regular slides following each other. Find the notes of the 2, play with the right timing and that's it!
