It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Joseph Brennan, the esteemed founder of Brennan's Bread bakery. Affectionately referred to as "Old Mr. Brennan", he graced this world for 82 years. Hailing from Rathfarnham in Dublin, Mr. Brennan established Joseph Brennan Bakeries half a century ago within the confines of a solitary room along Fumbally Lane in Dublin. His legacy stands as a testament to his dedication and entrepreneurial spirit that have left an indelible mark on the bakery industry.

well now a doherty is managing the bread co.? Doherty...ive never seen it spelled that way....my family spells it Dougherty....🤔 anywsy . you can order thst bread online from usa:) how great is that? ...love hearing these stories!
