My only problem with this Anime is.....Why the hell did they skipped the Best Arc of the manga?!(Golden Week Arc) I don't have problems whether Hayate ends up with either Athena or Hinagiku ^_^

HEAR ME OUT EVERYONE, I have a theory which makes your mind explode There is an anime and manga Story Which has the same Universe as HAYATE NO GOTOKU, its TONIKAKU KAWAII (Fly me to the moon). There is enough evidence to assume that the 2 anime is in the same verse like Saki and Wataru Appearing, amusement park owned by Sanzenin and maria entertaining the MC of TONIKAKU KAWAII, And Hayate and Nagi Appearing (Cameo) in last episode. They share the same author. Im thinking that The Author made This Story(Tonikaku Kawaii) to attain the demand Of Audience of hayate no gotoku that Ships Hinagiku and Hayate. Since The Two MC of TONIKAKU KAWAII, is Similar with Hayate and Hinagiku but different Artstlye.. the rest is Pretty much the same like The hair color, (Blue for the Boy and Pink for the girl) Coincidence? I think no. The Early episodes of Hayate no gotoku Shows that Hayate will end up nagi. So The author Created a story that Resembles Hinagiku And Hayate being ended up together. Characters from 2 anime are pretty similar too if you Watch those two you will see. In the Appearance of hayate no gotoku characters, it seems that its The story Line continues with TONIKAKU KAWAII as the hayate ended its Story. No evidence of Time skip So its Perfectly safe to assume that the timeline continues but with new characters that also symbolises The old Characters.
It's an open secret that Tonikaku Kawaii takes place in the same universe. Hayate, Nagi, Klaus and even Wataru and his maid have made cameo appearances in the manga. The rest of your theory.... ah well...have fun with that, I suppose. Also,. I've seen this comment before elsewhere.
