Thank you so much for the detailed comparison of the Dyson hair tools. It’s much appreciated. I purchased the Air Straight a week ago and I love it apart from the eye watering price tag that is. ❤
Your comparison is so detailed and helps me make my decision! We have the same experiences with some products that I used and this makes your review even more reliable. PS, your hair is beautiful!
For traveling with thick coarse hair: Air straight and a round brush for a little tweak to the ends if required (you can use the airstraigh as a air blower).
Thanks for the great comparison. Love the white top you are wearing in the air wrap part of the video. Can you link to where you bought it? Looking forward to your next video :)
I’m a little confused between air strait and corrale because even though I could use it for drying my hair the main purpose is straightening which seems like the corrale does better. My focus is on having the hair stay straight throughout the week without getting ruined. Do you still think air strait is the best for this?
I would say it depends on how you want to dry your hair. If you don’t mind waiting to air dry it and then straightening it, or using something else to dry it first, then yes the corrale is going to give you a smoother, straight look. However, if you just want it to be straight from the get-go then the air strait is going to save you some time in that regard. My hair is also pretty naturally straight so by using the air strait I’m able to keep my hair straight all week since I don’t really have to touch it up throughout the week
Thanks for your comparison! Is it possible to use dyson-straight only as an ordinary dryer? Need it for kids, just to dry hair. And for me as a straightener. Is it powerful enough, like simple dyson dryer?
If you turn it on and close (lock) it, it works just like a hair dryer though the pressure/intensity is a bit lower than a hair dryer. I start by drying my hair that way and then use the “straightener” design
I’d say a little bit more than with a straightener but nothing significant. Also during the humid months in Miami I like to use the Davines LOVE haircare line which really helps with frizz
Hi! I haven’t felt any damage from any of these but I’d imagine the hair dryer since it keeps more of a distance than the other tools. However I find that the hair dryer leaves my hair frizzier than I’d like so I prefer the airstrait
@Clarac127 I find that the hair dryer attachment for flyaways helps with the frizz, but the airstrait itself doesn’t have anything to help with frizz. My hair isn’t too frizzy but I find that out of all the products, it leaves it the least frizzy of all
Depends on what you’re using the airwrap for. Tbh since getting the airstrait I barely use my airwrap because I typically style my hair straight and I think the airstrait does a much better job at that
I heard corrale battery get drained out after 2 year of use and you cannot change it you have to purchase a new corrale after 2 year I’m really confused should I buy corrale or not.. I mean who pays 500$ for 2 years!!
Did you not see the airwrap and hair dryer vs airstrait comparison with wet hair?? Like I literally showed it. I also have an entire video just for the airstrait where I show it on wet hair and dry hair. Might wanna watch the video before leaving a rude comment

Yay so happy to hear you’re loving it! I agree the price is rough but over time it’s worth it!!

Good callout!
This is such a detailed and useful comparison! You’ve just earned a new subscriber ❤
Oh my gosh thank you so much 🥹 happy to have you here!
Just got the airstrait. I am going to try drying my roots with the Dyson supersonic and do the mids to ends with my airstrait.
Brilliant idea!!
Just the comparison I needed!
So happy to hear that!!🤍
Your comparison was great. thank you so much. Same as below you gained a new subscriber 🤩
Thank you so much!!🥹 means a lot!

Thank you!! It’s actually a dress from Target I got years ago so they don’t have it anymore 💔
thank you for the review ❤
Thank you for watching!🤍

Thank you for such a detailed review! I’m hesitating between Airstrait and Corrale. Did your Corrale battery life worsen after 2 yrs?
You’re welcome! :) and regarding the battery life, not at all, it’s still pretty good
Can you rank them from your fave to the least? Thank you.
Yes!
-Airstrait
-Corrale
-Airwrap
-Supersonic Hair Dryer
You need a better round brush. As a stylist I recommend Olivia Garden large round brush.
Thank you!! Definitely agree I need a better one!
Thanks for the comparison!
Of course!🤍
Great review. Thank you, Monica

@itsmonicavillegas thank you !❤️
Does your hair get frizzy during the day using the airstraight ir did it last the same as an actual straightener ?
I’d say a little bit more than with a straightener but nothing significant. Also during the humid months in Miami I like to use the Davines LOVE haircare line which really helps with frizz
@itsmonicavillegas Thank you !!!!😊 also, your video was exactly what I needed to see to know if I wanted to purchase the airstraight
@Royalbliss206 so glad to hear that!!
Hey can i please ask , hair damage wise what would you suggest is the safest one?
Hi! I haven’t felt any damage from any of these but I’d imagine the hair dryer since it keeps more of a distance than the other tools. However I find that the hair dryer leaves my hair frizzier than I’d like so I prefer the airstrait
@@itsmonicavillegas aw thanks ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much ! It’s good for frizzy hair? It’s very expensive
@@Clarac127 I got it really didn't help with the frizz but I didn't put any product on.i have to still try with anti frizz products and serums
@Clarac127 I find that the hair dryer attachment for flyaways helps with the frizz, but the airstrait itself doesn’t have anything to help with frizz. My hair isn’t too frizzy but I find that out of all the products, it leaves it the least frizzy of all
I've realised the video was released 9 months ago, has there been any issue with the Airstrait? It honestly looks really cool!
No issues at all! I still use it 2-3 times a week (when I wash my hair) and love it
@@itsmonicavillegas Thank you for the review!
Of course!
I have the corrale and airwrap, I am in doubt getting the airstrait but it somewhere feels a bit unnecessary

Mine still works and I’ve had it for over 2 years
@@itsmonicavillegas really!! I read a lot of reviews and some are on Dyson own website
Isn’t the point of the Airstrait to go from wet to dry? It seems to give much better results going from wet
The biggest selling point is that it goes from wet to dry (straight) but you can also use it from dry to straighten the hair if needed
Hey! How long does your hair hold up the style after using the airstrait ?
For days! My hair is relatively straight (minimal waves) so it’ll stay straight basically until I wash it again 😅
I am sorry about your skin: it did hurt!
It was so painful haha I’m glad it’s healed now though
You should have done the airstraight with your hair wet. That is the point of the whole product, duh. Horrible review.

This is a wonderful review! I’m not sure what she’s talking about!
It is the best review so far I have seen. She was very helpful and honest. Thank you for your time.
@amnamomtaz6217 thank you so much!!🤍
