  • FTWDK: A John Carpenter game is where you win the Million Dollars in any Who Wants to Be a Millionaire video game without using a single lifeline.
Info regarding the Australian Playstation One game:
    1) The game came out in 2001 as one of only 2 games Eidos released that were released past the International Date Line(The other being the Japanese variant Quiz $ Millionaire)
    2) This is the only English-speaking Who Wants to Be a Millionaire PS1 game not to have the respected host doing the audio(Rather than the host Eddie McGuire, it is the late Channel Nine radio announcer Ken Sparkes doing the audio, unlike with the UK and Ireland PS1 games)
    3) Most, if not all of Ken Sparkes' dialogue for the game, would be re-recorded by Chris Tarrant for the Party Edition game, released in 2006.
    4) And lastly, at the time of release, no one had actually won the Top Prize on the Australian Edition. It would take nearly 4 years after the game's release before someone would eventually do it(Rob "Coach" Fulton in 2005), and that was after NINE Top Prize Questions had been asked, with all 9 taking the money.
