I don't know there are any breeders of Apis cerana queen bees in Japan. A breeding system like Apis mellifera is probably not possible. For example, Apis cerana japonica, when the queen bee suddenly disappears, worker bees start laying eggs after a few days. Creating an emergency queen cell is rare. So, it is not easy to introduce a queen bee from another colony.

I live in Japan. I understand that Apis mellifera has yellow and black bees which is a sign of hybridization. Apis cerana japonica is known to change its body color in winter. They often turn blackish. Laying worker bees also become darker and shinier in body color. So yellowish or blackish bees in Apis cerana japonica, I do not think it means hybridization.

隠れてた女王蜂は、殺されたか、追い出されました🥲
後から生まれた女王蜂が交尾飛行に出かけ、産卵を始めて、この群れの女王蜂になってます。
