*edit, also the W and Decade movie kind of serves as an end to decade but it’s basically just an end note and many still left without a sense of closure. Including Decade on this video though was a mistake, it’s more divisive nowadays even though it was once insanely hated.

Decade did get an actual ending, except it was in the W/Decade team up movie, which was still weird.
Yeah I’m aware, this was really bad on my part, and I apologize. I watched it a while back and when I saw the movie trailer for final chapter, I tried watching it, but saw it got cancelled so I assumed the end was as well. Nonetheless, the ending is still considered a problem and half assed now that I’ve checked opinions on it, so consider that the substitute point. Again, sorry.
I don't get why the showa riders were there because decade is a 10 year anniversary of heisei. So why were they there.

I absolutely DESPISE Megaforce /Super Megaforce. They had the opportunity to do something grand with Super Megaforce and fucking fumbled the ball so badly that they never recovered.

I think Decade had an interesting concept, but my problem with it the show is too short. I was hoping they explore more on each world the character visit and may be make more than 2 EPISODE ON EACH RIDER WORLD

Decade series was shortened because the time slot between Sentai and Rider are almost the same it kinda cross and causes make the toy sales... what's the word imbalanced I think?
It's kinda like this when a new season of Sentai and Rider appeared at the same time people will only able to buy 1 merchandise at a time and before they had the money to finish their collections the season ended and they can't complete their collection and before you know it they stopped buying KR or SS merchandise entirely. So they changed the season time slot Kamen Rider on October and Super Sentai on January.
(I'm sorry if my explanation is crappy but english is not my strongest)
I stopped watching power rangers during SPD, and Megaforce was what got me back in while I was a nanny. Megaforce is honestly my second favorite season overall, with SMF around 10th place. Finding out how the actors basically got told to stall the character growth by episode 5 and how all the looks and growth is snuck in by them (Especially Troy having emotion and Jake/Gia's relationship moments). It turns the whole series int an easter egg hunt for me of finding what the actors snuck in.

I enjoyed the goofiness in car ranger, so basically replacing cars with ninjas is basically what I’m going to be getting out of Ninninger.
Megaforce... oof. From production they f****d it up with the indecisiveness of whether to go the Goseiger or Gokaiger route. It started out okay then they dropped the ball in alot of places. There was enough character development, they missed SEVERAL opportunities to do proper tributes, the transition between the suits was cringy, they tried to fit both space elements into one story, and the biggest glaring flop was the finale battle. So much built up over the course of 2 years to see something epic celebrating the franchise was reduced to a few minutes of watered down fight scenes.
In terms of Kamen Rider, I always felt Ghost was the least enjoyable, Zi-O the worst written and Wizar the most bland/forgetable. Still I had fun in some shape or form with those shows and I don't regret watching them, I still recommend people to at least check them out.
Kamen Rider Ghost had potential in certain aspects. The action was fun for me. If only the story was handled differently and the main character was different. Ghost as a rider is pretty cool being an undead rider with the powers of an actual ghost and able to call on powers based on famous historical figures but Takeru as a character is duller than dishwater. Decade was forgiven sure but wow that new Kuuga...And yeah Decade’s movie should never have been canceled. I absolutely despise unresolved cliffhangers. Of course even in the worse tokusatsu there’s something not enjoy. I actually liked Wizard for what it’s worth and Ninninger’s Starninger will never not make me smile.
The earthquake of 95 and the Subway terrorist attack are the reason why Ohranger was "bad", they had to rewrite the future episodes

That was my first Ultra series and despite its flaws, I actually liked it. Heck I hope someday it's expanded upon with more Lugiel and Ginga interaction.
Plus, not for nothing Tsurabaya was in a shit place so making anything larger was probably close to impossible at that point

Decade the show. Was bad. Decade in all the crossovers and Zi-O post Decade the Show. Badass.

The ongoing problem with Super Sentai is that, from Kyoryuger onward, was that seasons were becoming increasingly Red-centric. True, most of the Reds in Sentai are viewed as the team leader, or at least the main hero of the story, but things like the super mode were usually evenly distributed amongst the whole team. Unfortunately, that had shifted.

@@ToQ_RidergouSpeaking of Red Centrism, i think Kiramager fix that issue perfectly. Sure, the red ranger still end up being the main character & the chosen one of the seasons. But at the very least, the side character still have time to shine (Heck they even shared the power up of the seasons sparingly, so it's not only the red who always get the spotlight). I think it's kinda a reason why Kiramager end up being one of the more loved modern Super Sentai seasons of all time sinces Gokaiger

I actually enjoyed megaforce season one. Although season two messed up the anniversary, Vekar was kind of a whiny crybaby character. The only redeeming qualities that Megaforce season two had was Vrak. Megaforce actually improved on Goseiger, in my opinion. Mega force as a whole, was 50-50 for me.
You aren’t alone, I personally did not at all enjoy either seasons of megaforce but I know a few people say that season 1 wasn’t that bad.
ToQ Ridergou I really would’ve thought at least the neo Saban seasons of Power Rangers would’ve stayed on Netflix, but oh well. At least one season that most fans didn’t like that I actually did a.k.a. ninja steel is still on there. Sure, Victor and Monty got boring sometimes, but I mostly enjoyed both seasons. Especially that season two episode eight cliffhanger.
If I could make one criticism, balance the audio, your voice would get significantly louder and quieter at random points.

I personally think Ryusoulger is a bad season. Especially because the entire cast didn't do anything until the last five episodes of the season.

Wizard is one of my favorite Rider series'. I don't care what anyone else says, I think it was great. Lol!

I know Kamen Rider Wizard & Ghost are not as great like W, Gaim and Drive series. But I found this two series are too overhated for wrong reason, perhaps people don’t like Haruto & Takeru personality due to they are extrovert; while introvert like their personality more especially those quiet type people. I actually like these two series more than Faiz and Build, I don’t mind dark story aspect but Faiz just make story dark and edgy at the same time that annoyed me; for Build case is being politic, but I will re-watch Build again someday in the future.
As some one who sat through both Megaforce and Super Megaforce (the latter name still makes me cringe), these definitely deserve the hate. Wasted potential in adapting Goseiger and absolutely flopped with Gokaiger too. These were supposed to be anniversary seasons that were great and pay tribute to the past, but it ended up crapping all over it.
Yeah I actually grew up with both of them, they’re really really hard to watch nowadays

Something to consider when writing something like this is to cite sources.
You don’t have to name names, but you should talk about where you’re getting your consensus from (forums, message boards, Twitter, etc, albeit with the names blurred out).
Saying stuff like “most people/some people/many people” or “everyone” doesn’t mean anything, because, for all I know, you’re either making it up, or polling only from your social circle out of the vast majority of people who you are speaking for. ...which just makes it seem like an opinion piece.
Definitely reddit, deviantart, forums, Twitter, and UA-cam comments. With those sources I highly doubt you wouldn’t see immense hate, so there ya go

loved decade, my first kamen rider show
I started with Decade, so, controversial/bias opinion, I actually enjoyed the show, more for, its tribute with returning Riders/actors. That said, Yusuke was def not a favorite for most episodes, since, he seems to forget he can henshin too. My take away, fact it doesn't have a proper ending, means any movie/special/episode Tsukasa and Kaito appears in, is more or less a continuation of Decade's story. Big negative, is not seeing Natsumi return as Kiva-la though ;w;
100% agree on setiments on Shuriken Sentai Ninninger and Kamen Rider Ghost.
Wizard, forgotten mostly yeah. If anything I enjoyed, was just seeing the Infinity Form and music for it. Medusa Phantom, yes, her sister turned rider, no. Pheonix was just OP and his exit felt more like a cop-out
Megaforce. All statements on that, does not begin to describe it. Like. OMG, I cannot advocate for the TV show brand anymore after that. And its really getting that way with Beat Morphers too. Both Go-Busters and Gokaigers being my favorite Sentai, with Dairanger, Shikenger and Abraranger following up.

Personally I think Ryusoulger and Wizard have similar issues, the run was kinda boring, the plot twist near the end was interesting but that's it.
Ppl are more bored than proned to hate ryuaoulger imo, lupat trough that absence surprised me.

Personally I love all Ultraman, Sentai, Power Rangers, and Kamen Rider there’s no season of any I hate but love unconditionally, seriously. Btw I’m a Power Ranger and Sentai guy more than anything in Tokusatsu!

Most of that has to do with its second half only. Because of it, some people say the first half is good enough to call it a good show and some people think the bad outweighs the good and calls it a bad show. You’ll see this show on the most controversial toku video that I’ll upload soon.
Yeah, I liked the frst half (or maybe one third) of story, but the rest even ending seems off and I hate it.

As much as I love to riff on Megaforce and Supermegaforce I agree tbh. Also add Operation Overdrive into the mix as a personal pet peeve of mine because of how easy it was for the Retro Rangers to outshine them in their teamup episode.
den-o was hated by the tokusatsu community because its comedic tone but it gain a lot of viewers from the mainstream. the taros is extremely popular even the 4 voice actors got some award
Oh absolutely not. Fandoms in the west and east both give Den-O some of the largest levels of praise.

I feel most angry about samurai cause that was my first ever real interest when I was like 6 but then I got into shinkenger and samurai is now painfully dry and too American..... however I do have to admit that megaforce is probably the worst as a show, ninja steel came close as well but not as bad

What about ninja steel? I guess for that show, it took the bad parts of the super sentai season, and made them worse. For me, they made them funnier. I did roll my eyes a few times, but I’ve thought the show overall was fine.
I should’ve included that, but when making the video I had a stupid thing about people not wanting to see too much rangers stuff in neo saban, so I decided not to include it or samurai

My theories and (Spoilers)
Based on my theory, kamen rider decade having eps 31 makes sense, bcos the rider was born to be "destroyer of the world", all kamen rider be like "save -the world- japan". And on the final episode shows that the world is gonna be destroyed.
Decade is violent as any viewers can notice the yellow crystal thingy (normal decade) on the forehead became purple (violent decade form)
Secondly, in the movie, original wataru (kiva) said that all rider have their own story but decade doesnt. Thus the 'comrades' are bringing decade back (they trust him) to defeat the confusing part 💀
How they trusted him thru out series? Natsumi rarely do the funny hikari tactics thingy to make him laugh, next that kaitou (diend) didnt tease him about sea cucumbers thingy.
True that only kivala/kivara (natsumi) can defeat decade like overcoming her fear

Ninninjer is what made me drop Sentai in... when was it? 2015? 2016? The red ninninjer was really annoying... he came off as someone trying to be Gentaro from Kamen Rider Fourze but with none of the charm. Loved Decade though despite the rushed ending. Probably because it was one of the first series I watched.
Really? Wizard is hated? While it is a good series . Fourze is the one should been listed for being silly lol.

I never saw it but I remember someone saying japan hated the sentai we based power rangers turbo on because it was waaaay to childish and was too much of a sentai parody or something.
Yeah carranger is a parody, idk about Japan but for here carranger is definitely the most beloved comedy season.... turbo has more of a shot to be on here but a decent amount of people like it, especially when the new rangers appear, so yeah
Lol technically there are 4 shows in sentai that's considered ninja themed.
There was a show In between gorenger and J.A.K.Q. which was retconned though by t.o.e.i. though out of the franchise.its now considered lost too.
The now 3 main ninja themed are as mentioned are Kakuranger,Hurricanergers,and ninningers..
But the show in between gorenger and J.A.K.Q. was retconned out of the franchise and most don't even know of it's existence neither...

It had a big team to but weird suit designs as well.
I think it had a team atleast up to 7 or 8.including a brown themed sentai too.
Aa well it's actually the first ninja themed super sentai in which now removed out the franchise of super sentai too.it was considered at one time to be the 2nd show in sentai history followed by J.A.K.Q.the 3rd show..
But again toei eventually removed it out of the franchise permanently.
Again it's called Ninja Captor most are completely unaware of it too.

I appreciate that you are knowledgeable and tbh I think it shouldve been included in the 1995 decision to add gorenger and JAKQ especially when you consider that anniversaries would fit with the the year celebration, like this year is 45 years since gorenger but considered the 44th year, so that’d even things out....
@@ToQ_Ridergou it was removed from sentai history by the turborangers but still shown footage of it in orginal tribute by the time ohranger(zeo in us),happened it still was actually counted to by mistake.
By the time of the anniversary season with gaoranger(wild force in us),it was no longer counted as part of the franchise.aa now it's excluded from everything.
To me that's a piece of lost history invovling sentai,in which I wish they reused the team in the kamen rider x super sentai crossover movies but they never even acknowledged them.they metal heroes from the crossover movies with super sentai x kamen rider movies but again they never acknowledged ninja captor at all..in which I wish they would.
But then again if they did that it would reignite the debate if it's still considered part of super sentai history or not.
I just wish they would find away to acknowledge it as all.

In my opinion I think Ultraman Ginga was mediocre the only problem that I didn’t like is the Jean-Nine didn’t talk which he clearly can and how he got separated from the Ultimate Force Zero. If Tsuburaya decided to make a teenage Ultraman series in the future than which they’re probably are considering then they have to do it right like KR Fourze did and the series should have a maximum of 30 episodes and the other characters in the show can’t know Ultramans identity until mid way through the season. Non of that final episode reveal where there like “omg OP your Ultraman this whole time!?!? Go stop the monster now!!”

ninninger starts good with songs and design but die easly with red, he is too much unreal, say moetekita for everything, a cowboy american ninja that uses an burger to transform still more realistic than him, red's actor isn't bad, but the role is, Mecha are the worst, they arent ninja motiff but shuriken motiff, and randon mecha! Ghost problems: first saw of ghost was in a previous rider movie, and was a tottaly different ghost you can say it was a decade another world ghost! the first ep make you think it will be like yuyu hakusho kamen rider... far way close to yuyu in next eps, his bike has lazy custom, he even uses the other rider bike after, power ups are at radom, even so the power up to homage shotaro ishinomori wasn't used in the series! ghost has one of the best gunswords designs of all riders... he change it for a funny toysh blade that make the power ups even more random! Ghost upgrade is just a color swap. Decade bring actions to kamen rider series again, since agito is more talk ans fast action decade has lots of action and this cost too much money to stays, ofc after agito world kuuga become useless but he would be better if he become a secondary rider in all worlds, was waiting for he uses zabee zecter and ixa belt or delta gear! decade was really half that what can be! I like ginga but because it had ginga S! Changes in ohranger didn't kill it just hurt too much. Wizard the best toku fight still wizard vs phoenix but the revelation twist in the ending was really weak! side with a good cross over, Mega force need work with calm It's clear that wasn't be easy do adapt but can be epic in each ep, they had what a gokaiger didn't and didn't know how to use, even the toyline had more cross over options!
Personally? Ninninger I found annoying. I liked the base concept of Ghost. Whenever Decade transformed, it sounds like the voice is saying "Dickhead" instead of Decade. Have not really seen Ultraman. Ohranger kind of looks boring. Loved Wizard. Megaforce and Super Megaforce sucks so bad it makes Twilight look good.

Um no, sorry but I have to call you out on this. Look, I will shit on Decade's last couple episodes any day of the week but the ending movie did happen. The crossover with W in Movie Taisen 2010 serves as the true conclusion to Decade. It wasn't cancelled, in fact they showed a trailer for it immediately after the last episode.

Yeah when I was watching decade it ended and they showed the final chapter trailer and when I saw it never came to be and people said there was a cliffhanger I just thought it never happened. But after someone else pointed out that part of the ending was in the movie war that’s when I found out. Sorry about that. At least I think it’s spot on here is still valid cause after watching that I can’t see it satisfying most people who hated the shit out of the end of the show.
