എനിക്ക് വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപെട്ട ഒരു വണ്ടി ആണിത്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ വാഹന വിപണിയിൽ വളരെ വലിയ വിപ്ലവം സൃഷിടിച്ച ഒരു വണ്ടി കൂടി ആണിത്. അത് പോലെ തന്നെ ഒരുപാട് ഓട്ടോ വ്ലോഗർമാർക്ക് നല്ല ഒരു മാർക്കറ്റ് കൂടെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുക്കാനും സാധിച്ച ഒരു കാർ ആണിത്. അത് പോലെ പ്രാധാന്യം ഉള്ള ഒന്നാണ് സെഡാനുകൾ എന്ന ഒരു കൺസെപ്റ്റിൽ നിന്നും സാധാരക്കാർക്ക് വരെ അഫോർഡ് ചെയ്യാവുന്ന വിലയിൽ നിലവാരം ഉള്ള SUV എന്ന ഒരു കോൺസെപ്റ്റിലേക്ക് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ സാധാരണക്കാരെകൊണ്ട് പോലും വാങ്ങാൻ കഴിയും എന്ന അവസ്ഥാവിശേഷം ഉണ്ടാക്കി എടുക്കാനും ഇതിനു സാധിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ ഇതേ എൻജിൻ വച്ചു ഇറങ്ങുന്ന ഇതിൻ്റെ പ്രധാന എതിരാളികൾ ആയ ടാറ്റ, മാഹിന്ദ്ര, ജീപ്പ് പോലെയുള്ള കമ്പനികൾ ആദ്യം മുതൽ തന്നെ ഡീസൽ വണ്ടികളിൽ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ട്രാൻസ്മിഷൻ വച്ച് ഇറക്കിയപ്പോളും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ലോഞ്ച് ചെയ്തു നാല് വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും ഹെക്ടറിനോ ഹെക്ടർ പ്ലസിനോ ഡീസൽ വേരിയണ്ടിൽ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ട്രാൻസ്മിഷൻ ഓപ്‌ഷനുകൾ ഇല്ല എന്നത് ഒരു വലിയ പോരായ്മ തന്നെ ആണ്. ഞാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം എംജി യുടെ വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ ഉള്ള pulsehub@mgmotor.co.in എന്ന ഈമെയിലിൽ ഇതിനെ പറ്റി ചോദിച്ചിരുന്നു. അവർ റിപ്ലെ തന്നു എങ്കിലും ഇതിനെ പറ്റി യാതൊന്നും പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. എന്നെ പോലെ ഒരുപാടു പേര് ഇതിൻ്റെ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് പതിപ്പിന് വേണ്ടി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവർ ഉണ്ട്. അത് പോലെ ഇന്ന് ഫീച്ചേഴ്സ് എന്ന് പറയുന്ന സെഗ്മെണ്ടിൽ വളരെ വലിയ മത്സരം തന്നെ കാർ നിര്മാതാക്കൾക്കിടയിൽ നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ ആവശ്യമുള്ള അല്ലെങ്കിൽ താല്പര്യമുള്ള ചില ഫീച്ചേഴ്സിന് വേണ്ടി അനാവശ്യമായ ഒരുപാട് ഫീച്ചേഴ്സിന് വേണ്ടി പൈസ ചെലവാക്കേണ്ടി വരികയും ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. അതിനു പകരം കസ്റ്റമൈസ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ഒരു ഓപ്‌ഷൻ കൂടെ വാഹന നിർമാതാക്കൾ ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾക്ക് കൊടുത്താൽ അത് കോസ്റ്റ് കട്ടിങ്ങിനു വളരെ സഹായിക്കും.

1) no brother, 12 kmpl in city is claiming by the company. So we can expect 10 in city and 12+ in highways.
2) don't know about the current production status🙁
3) waiting period commonly depends on dealer. Can u please contact to the MG dealership nearby?
4) MG hector plus 1.5 cvt petrol turbo costs 25.5 lakhs rupees on the road.

I am writing to convey my disappointment, dissatisfaction, and an immediate resolution to the issues we are facing from our car purchased just 3 months before. (MG HECTOR PLUS7 SHARP PRO DSL 6 MT)
As a customer I regret to say that so far we have not received any authentic response to our complaints , we fail to see the company not working as per the commitment towards its customers .
Due to the irresponsible and negligent behavior towards the customer we have lost our faith in the company.
We would request the company to help us with the required solution either amicably else we would be forced to approach consumer court for our rights .
Enclosed are the copies of the complaints with pictures for your reference.
Following are the complaints
1. Add blue tank noise sound.
2. Rust found inside such a new car.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait for another week before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance.
