At 1:00 hold your beats right in front of you, keep them there until 1:13. At 1:13 slowly slid them onto your ears, but not too slow, make sure there are fully on by 1:15. Enjoy:))

i was extremly sick in spring with like 40*C fever and I couldn‘t do anything just felt worse and slept so bad I never did before and in this one night I woke up and couldn‘t stay in bed but also couldn‘t stand or idk i thought i need to throw up and i couldn‘t sleep like 3 hours but then i listened to this song and now it always helps me when I don‘t feel well!
