I'm a Pools fan, 30 years, and the performance from the Torquay goalkeeper was one of the finest I have ever seen. I have nothing but respect for the guy.
I’m assuming you mean because of his antics in the shootout? Trust me, as a keeper we’re never expected to save a penalty so we do everything we can to get an advantage, including mind games. Talked to kickers for years when it comes to penalties, all part and parcel and this lad was unreal in this game. I’d say the complete opposite of getting what he deserved

Look forward now to seeing Hartlepool back in the league again. I'll look forward to a Torquay return soon as well. Now SACK that 'ref' as totally unfit for purpose.
