You can buy parts and new tops for those car covers. Its always a good idea to purchase the same brand of awnings if you need extras. Ive got 4 frames for smaller 10x10 straight wall vending tents and I've never bought one new. I keep parts and build complete frames from good, salvaged parts. I've bought new covers for my tents. Most brands put labels on their stuff , with contact info.
Use existing stones to build several small, low dams across the creek about 10-20ft apart. They will help the water to soak in and feed your water table. Its not going to be this wet all year long.
