Super m’s ‘Super One’ album was honestly my favorite album of 2020. You guys will love it. Maybe it’s finally time for an album listen? I think alot of the b-sides are your guys’ taste(or one of you guys that stated they like rnb or maybe reggae and ballad lmao now that i think about it, there’s also variety there) or if your still unsure about a whole album listen (can i just request my favorite bside of the album which is titled- wish you were here from super m’s super one album.) the mvs and track titles used are more mainstream for the business side of music, but the album is a gem full of great songs. I’m very thankful for the honest reactions though, it helps the viewers have a clearer view of what you guys like so we could recommend better songs to you guys. Seriously though i’ve never loved an album more. I’m also not a fan of like hype songs? Or like very poppy songs. To others here who haven’t listened to Super M album, check it out guys! They wanted to show the range of music styles they were putting out on this albumn. 100 is definitely a hype it up type pop song. I love the range of styles kpop idols will try musically. It keeps things interesting and there really is something for everyone.
As others have mentioned, if you really want to start getting into Kpop for real, you really need to start checking out entire albums and their B-sides. The title tracks with the MVs for basically all of these groups are meant to wow and show off visuals and choreography to get people interested, but often the B-sides have a completely different feeling. SuperM especially, but I would say it goes for virtually all Kpop groups. Their B-sides have a completely different sound and are generally very musically diverse.

I feel like SuperM's title tracks and mv usually focus on high energy performance heavy songs so it can be a total experience for viewers and shock the public (SuperM project is mostly targeted at a western audience, which mostly has never experienced kpop) but their bsides have a lot of variety and sounds; my faves are No Manners, Wish you were here (Fun fact, Taemin wanted this one to be the title track and it is a fan favorite) and Together at Home!
Yeah, tbh 100 is not my fav song of superm's but their entire album was actually quite good! I would suggest PLT - hocus pocus or. igoholic for more k hip hop sounds. Also I would suggest DEAN or crush for more k r&b! there's way more than just the kpop scene or "idol" music
This is also another one on my list to review and type my thoughts on top of their second pre-release track “Tiger Inside” but I think the title along with the song speaks for itself because they really do put in 100% of hard-work & creativity into their music and MVs. Also their individually styles, colors and settings fans can tell which groups they’re from #SuperM100
Their title tracks are really an experience because the songs are experimental but also the MV visuals and the concepts are very intricate. So you can listen to their albums in your free time, because their music is amazing, i'm sure that you would like theie bsides based on what i've heard you say your taste is!!!
superm has one mini album and a full album. from the mini album check out "no manners" amd "super car" and the full album is honestly all really good but "wish you were here", "infinity", "dangerous woman" "together at home" and "with you" all these have live performances which will really give you the vibe so i recommend you check out those. together at home and infinity are the ones that dont have a performance so maybe check out lyric videos for them
honestly if you really wanna get into kpop, live performances are a must to watch. its an experience. if you just watch MV's the full vibe is just not there so check some out for groups you've already gone through all MV's for

I highly recommend the solo songs from the members of this group. Baekhyun, Taemin, Kai, Taeyong, and Ten all have solo work and it's all worth a listen.
I feel like SuperM's title tracks and mv usually focus on high energy performance heavy songs so it can be a total experience for viewers and shock the public (SuperM project is mostly targeted at a western audience, which mostly has never experienced kpop) but their bsides have a lot of variety and sounds; my faves are No Manners, Wish you were here (Fun fact, Taemin wanted this one to be the title track and it is a fan favorite) and Together at Home!

This is also another one on my list to review and type my thoughts on top of their second pre-release track “Tiger Inside” but I think the title along with the song speaks for itself because they really do put in 100% of hard-work & creativity into their music and MVs. Also their individually styles, colors and settings fans can tell which groups they’re from #SuperM100
knowing that yall are song guys, i think you'd really enjoy their album. no skips in that one esp when you listen to it chronologically.
Their title tracks are really an experience because the songs are experimental but also the MV visuals and the concepts are very intricate. So you can listen to their albums in your free time, because their music is amazing, i'm sure that you would like theie bsides based on what i've heard you say your taste is!!!

Yes, SuperM (at least their songs with MVs) is more about the performance. Recommended giving the songs in their albums a listen. My favourites from them have no MV: Wish you were here, together at home, so long, no manners.
I highly recommend you to watch "Super Car" and "I Can't Stand The Rain" by SuperM. Since they don't make music videos for either of them, you can watch the live performance videos on their official channel. These two songs are so great, you'll regret it if you don't check them out lol
