This song had told me that ghost mountain had not lost his edge at all. After an era of a lot of miss Haunted Mound albums/eps (LoE, HN, KOTG) he showed up and dropped what we had wanted for a while. It is arguably the best song to come out of the mound in a LONG time
Disagree with the interpretation of the lyre and the bow - I actually think it means he's all in. The Lyre symbolizes music and the bow symbolizes precision or a vision for where he's going. He's maintained his own unique vision and his musical skills and now he's back and ready to use them.
the green ray told by the sun is talking about the green flash that happens in sunsets. Look it up. it actually makes sense for him to say that in the song

A lot of the lyrics I think imply this might be his one and done. “7 strong now I’m dead and gone” referring to the 7 members of haunted mound since he left. “Sang this song now it’s said and done” is him giving us an answer finally after so many rumors and speculation/his lack of clarity when he left. “Time to Build is is tearing me down” is him talking about the pressure he’s seen everyone talk about is too much for him to deal with, so he gave us this song. Pretty sure this is a sign off not a rebirth. Sad but it’s beautifully told. Would love to be wrong though!
