The contrast between how much love the visuals and music in the stages got to how bare bones, badly acted and presented the story is in this game is absolutely insane.
I know people don't really like this voice, but I honestly kind of prefer it a little? Like, it differentiates his voice from Sonic's given that Jason Griffith originally voiced both and they ended up sounding a bit too similar for my liking, and this voice also reminds me of Jaleel's Sonic, so I guess he gets bonus points for that, haha.
Oh please, Jet and Sonic's voices were already perfectly dissociables! No matter the excuse, this voice is a crime! And being similar to Jaleel isn't a quality!
Did you even see the 2 first games? Jet is a hot-blooded rival, he only thinks to his victory against Sonic, that's why he remembers the name of the one he wants to defeat! Classic rivals, anyways!
@@maryafantalia8614 And the only other reason why I think he does it is to mock him. He doesn't really get any nicer or humble no matter how many times he loses. And yet Revali does a little when he loses to Windblight Ganon and Link avenges him, sets his spirit free and proves him wrong that can make it to the Divine Beast on his own without flight.
They actually wanted someone not to sound as annoying as Jet, since there were people who didn’t like Jason’s Jet The Hawk voice. However Jason is still the better Jet to me.
Actually the voice directors had Michael Yurchak voice him like this because there are people who were annoyed by Jason Griffith’s squawky voice. However Jason Griffith is still much better as Jet.

@@davebob4973 No, true. Answer a real thing.
Cool Video. Why does Jet keep calling Sonic by his full name every time?

Jet is basically Ravalli's Sega Counterpart And he has a Rivalry with Link. And both are cocky with big egos and need to be humbled.
@@fatalwaffle1715 And?

The should've kept Jason Griffith. How did they think this was good?

wtf.
why does he sound like gary from pokemon
I mean, I can see why you can see it, but eh... Not the same voice actor though, just checked.
@@PenguinTM I still find it kind of amusing though, that they sound so... alike, even though they're voiced by two different people lol
