I had a conversation on you tube with a Trumper back in January 2020 after that cluster fuck . That claimed "free Speech". I called Bullshit on that ,and informed the low brow that I had almost 30 years of Law enforcement ,including "Riot Control" in the Military UCMJ ,and Civil Penal Law (the military revised our training after" Kent State" ). I told the moron that Trump tried to run across a tight wire with his rhetoric ,but being trained I said after the speeches "If somebody does something stupid Trump is in trouble" Guess what? A bunch of assholes did stupid shit. Trump stepped across the free speech/incitement line which I had been trained to ID since I was 19.What one has to do ,is respond to to actions of the incited ,and snatch and remove the inciter ,but Trump went home.

I never thought that my vote was so important. I thought everyone else had all decided the best and honest person for the job. Thought they would do their best for our country. Then 2016 happened. Will we ever recover?? I'm not sure.
Only problem is that the Media is largely responsible for Trump gaining the White House. They featured Trump for free constantly through the entire campaign season because be brought in viewers and ratings. If Hillary's name came up, it was always something about her emails. Even the mainstream networks were guilty. News used to be a service and independent from sponsors and ratings pressure. Ever since Cable and also when Time-Warner acquired CNN, the news is just another show competing for the most eyeballs. With newspapers becoming almost obsolete, the Fourth Estate in in ruins and it is having a devastating effect on our nation.
