Annie feels good with the malignance item, tibbers constantly applies it with his aura. He can solo kill. Plus CD on annie ult is always good anyways.
I like how 'lux laser' is big damage and 'hwei full combo' is low damage units

Kog is amazing because you can build virtually any damage item on him and he'll scale ridiculously well with it. He just needs team that can engage around him.

Playing versus an akali and uhh
AP Kog'maw might have gotten one of the best possible changes for him with the new items
Because there's 2 new items and one of them affects his ultimate
The uh malignance
Its always amusing how the people evolve with the game, like a few months ago damage was measured in a medium of "Lux Lasers" nowadays damage is measured by "Full Hwei Combos"
Remember you talkong about shadowflame being better on DoTs. Have you tried AP Twitch with the item changes?

I said this before, I’ll say it again executes don’t profit from more execute damage, they want to have more damage to get as fast to them as possible.
This is one of the main reasons why shadowflame sucks on kog maw and muramana is amazing on him.
It hurts a lot seeing people perma build arch angels and shadowflame on him, when both are worse options.
Shadowflame is ideal on someone like Rumble who has repeated ticks of damage so that you can more consistently crit people who are low.
Why does Lux have 8 kills when he takes the first mid turret and tabs, but later she has only 7? Wtf?

A lot of the PBE games I've seen make Soraka (and healing in general) look oppressive. Is it the itemization changes? AP numbers have gone way up to make up for the loss of pen, but healing never cared about pen so it's just a buff to all those abilities.

I haven'y played with the new items myself ,but from what i have seen, Malignance is better bought for the R haste rather then the burn, the burning ground feels lack luster especially early. Live servers Liandry i much better rush item on Kog and the burn itself is better.
Yes I see malignance as an ability haste + mana item primarily. Good on people with oppressive ultimates and mana issues

Remember when they "nerfed" Akali R because she has too many dashes so they made the first one targetable in order to force her to go in instead of playing safe.?? Now she does what she's supposed to be doing, going in and killing you, the same exact thing she has always did..
Malignance seems like a dumb item honestly, imo the effevt needs to be buffed and given like 30 sec cd minimum, cos rn its just a kassadin (and kogmaw i suppose) item, or like any kinda spam r ap champ whcih there arent many

I think they should give the magic pen back to morello. It seems so weak as it is righ now. although it's cheap at least.
Ability haste is a good stat though since they're nerfing ability haste so it's Harder to build into.

@@jerome6032 did you see the item changes in pbe? Lots of items lost ability haste altogether and those that didn't lost 5 or 10. A

@@Kyle-nm1kh yeah thats true. didn't really consider that much because i am spoiled when it comes to just having ability haste anyways. due to diminsihing Returns it was never something you actively had to build on most champs. but it's true and having ah along with the anti heal and the cheap price might actually not be that bad.
