Also my favorite part. Nice to see someone acknowledge that. I watch the episode with a big group of people. At that part, I just heard all of my friends (and I) yell at the TV. Like "She didn't do crap! Regina and Rumple did! The freaking 'villians!' They deserve the credit, not you! Stop sucking up, Hook! "

2:20 See, Emma hasn't "defeated" anybody! Stop giving her so much credit!
Actually, she wasn't supposed to save Marian because that would have messed up the timeline. While Marian was an innocent and didn't deserve to die, bringing her back from the dead was wrong. If Robin chooses her over Regina, that would be unfair to Regina. If he chooses Regina over her, that would be unfair to Marian. This situation could have been avoided if Emma hadn't messed with history! Also, Emma only fixed the timeline after she messed it up in the first place! She wouldn't have even gone back in time if not for her own incompetence! Emma might not be completely useless, but she is severely overrated.
I had read a lot of opinions about Marian and Emma and this is my conclusion: in the end Emma saved Regina and Robin relationship, because it mean that Regina killed Marion in the original timeline; knowing ouat creators Robin would had learned about how her wife died at some point ruining any possibility for a relationship for them.
And really Emma messing with her parents meeting was an accident, she broke some branches. She went back in time because she needed it, to form part of something, she was checking the barn because she is the sheriff, but she got trapped in it when she was getting back
I think that Robin and Regina would end together really, but after a lot of angst, because any true love couple need some. Even is probably that Marion will die
Also about Hook telling Emma that: I think that in the end he referred to her general paper as the savior. She broke the original curse, she saved a lot of lifes (includind Regina's several times), in Neverland she achieve that all the group work together
and fate/destiny in very important in ouat. Maybe Emma saving Marian was part of it
Sonia Moreno Molin I agree! Emma didn't bring Marian back to purposefully mess with Regina and Robin's relationship. Marian didn't tell Emma her name and Emma didn't figure out who she was until Robin saw her in the diner. I can't blame Emma for that.
Hook was just trying to be supportive - yeah, Regina and Rumple did all that stuff, but could they have done that if the curse hadn't been broken? Pan would've captured Henry eventually even if the curse had continued, and Zelena would've tried to get revenge on Regina nonetheless. But without their magic, Regina and Rumple would've been powerless to stop them.
I am not sure I understand right. Are you trying to say that Emma is the savior, that thanks to her breaking the curse Rumpel and Regina has the power to stop Pan and Zelena? I am not sure if Pan would had kidnapped Henry nonetheless it seem that Pan did not have direct access to out world but I understand your point
Well, knowing Pan he had been planning that for a long time coming. He wouldn't have let the curse stop him if he could help it. He had Michael and John try to adopt Henry as a baby, but they were too late, only because Regina took him back.
