For digoxin - inhibition of Na k ATPase would increase intracellular Na conc. ,so transmembrane gradient of Na will be diminished and Ca- Na exchanger won't work ( as Na comes in exchange of calcium goes out ) so calcium wont go out and increase intracellular conc.
Like above decreased EC Na conc will diminish transmembrane gradient
