I was wondering whether you have a video/guide/checklist that would help determine if a clients external support either falls as a Service Organisation (ISA402) or Mgmt expert (ISA500)? As in practice, I've found it that it can be hard to say whether its one or the other, yet the work required by the auditor is quite different!

Hey Amanda. The Service auditor should be CPA or he/she can be internal auditor?
