My kitten is a stray cat. I got her bcz she got in our car when we were going back to our house. She was also really skinny and is still really small. After I got her. she just sleeps 23 hours a day and sometimes likes sleeping in my lap. I also sometimes find her in our roof just chillin'. She doesn't like taking walks. And just enjoy eating, watching the tv and sleeping. She was such an angel that came from heaven to me. She's so sweet. And I love how she doesn't get angry immediately when my dog bothers her eating session.
They're out there creating more baby cats. I hope you have your home pets spayed or neutered so there won't be cute kittens living out on the streets somewhere.

I have a neighbor who “walks” his cat. Pretty sure they’re still in the learning phases because they never go past the mailbox, but mostly the cat just wanders around the front yard on a leash while the guy stands vigilantly behind it. I’m not a cat expert but it sure looks happy to me
My cat started off on a leash as a kitten, originally for safety reasons. After some time I gained the trust of the idea that they won’t run too far down me if I let them walk off-leash or at least not with me holding it. Now when I go out on walks or to the park, they explore but never leave my line of site. If I begin to walk away a bit the sprint right back to me and wait to see when I stop again before re-exploring their (new) surrounding. ❤
It's probably the harness or collar then, if it holds the neck in a pay it reminds of them on how their momma held them and they forget to walk bc who gonna fight there mom while 2 cm tall

I once shared a house with someone who had 2 dogs and a cat. I loved taking the dogs for walks every afternoon. At some point the cat decided to join, always keeping to the side a bit but followed the same path I took the dogs.
My dad lives alone and has 3 strays he took in. He takes each one for walk with leash daily. They line up by the door and patiently wait for their turn.
My Cat always brought me to the school bus,waited there all day and then walked me back home,ofc afterwards she got loys of cuddles and treats. I got my cat when he was about 1-2 years old. He followed me everywhere when I went outside, and when I moved into a forest, I started taking him for walks. He can walk 500 meters right beside me to get vegetables from the garden, then come back, and still want to play
It’s like red fish blue fish…one step, two steps, plop. Then you end up carrying them like a baby. So, I’m the cat lady with a pet stroller. The cat’s afraid of cars and the park is 5 blocks away. My arms no longer feel like they are going to fall off.

If you mean the short legged, it's a Munchkin, a pretty poor breed, with a short lifespan, no agility, really. This type of breed is more torture to cats than anything else. In some countries around the world its even illegal to breed them. The cats who are more compact or massive? British Shorthair, they are getting sick often, not like human with low immune system. Their organs often have problems and also they have a short life because of that. Not all cats that are shown are like that but these two you shouldn't call cute. Because beeing handicapped, pain and medical problems aren't that cute.
Funny enough. I don't think I had to train my cat to go for walks. She wanted to explore when she became one year old and she always made sure I was with her when she wanted to explore. She never goes far unless I'm with her. It's too cute.

My cat just didnt want to be left out lol. Shes 50/50 indoor outdoor and started to follow me a little when I walked my dogs. Now she follows me and my dog(rip Precious dog number 2) constantly and we allways are a little trio outside. She also seems to have rejected her litter box and commonly goes outside instead to do her business at the same time as the dog. At least my other cat Ariel is normal lol. Aside from the fact she likes belly rubs. I pretty much dont have 2 cats 1 dog. I have 2 dogs 1 cat. Oreo is the best cat and is about as vocal as a husky on cocain.
