My idea for a GTA game:
Main Character: An FIB Agent.
Side Characters: Another FIB Agent (Main Character's best friend), IAA Agent (Main Characters other friend), LCPD Detective (Main Characters other friend), Terrorist (Main Characters worst enemy), Etc.
Storyline: FIB Agents (Main character) wife and daughter die in a Vice City bombing 11 years prior while on vacation. This prompts main character to join the FIB, making friends with another Agent (Best), and with a LCPD Detective and IAA Agent. They later found out that Terrorist is who bombed a building in Vice City, and FIB Agent and best friend, IAA Agent, and LCPD Detective, all ambush terrorist and kill him. They stage it so that nobody finds out it was them and fast forward 5 years FIB Agent has a new wife who he loves and she is pregnant with his first son and best friend and FIB Agent both retired early and now co own a car dealership in downtown LC. :)
Obviously I cant write an entire game so Rockstar would have to make the game large and add more stuff in the middle. Of course this is completely hypothetical and I have no expectation for Rockstar to ever make this game. :(

Yeah and they would be doing a far better service than what we saw back in GTA SA with Tenpenny and Polaski (fucking pricks using gangs to order a hit. That didn't go so well now did it?).
