Helen Mirren won international recognition for her work on stage, screen and television. For her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II in 2006 of "The Queen," she received an Academy Award®, Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Award®, and BAFTA Award for Best Actress. She was also named Best Actress by virtually every critic’s organization from Los Angeles to London. In 2014 she was honored with the BAFTA Fellowship for her outstanding career in film.
Mirren is currently a double SAG Award nominee for her performances in Bleecker Street Media’s Trumbo and The Weinstein’s Company’s Woman in Gold. - Розваги

Love Helen Mirren but disagree with the assumption that an amateur production of Hamlet must have been bad. The performances were obviously good enough for her to be engaged by and understand the story. I've seen amazing amateur productions, and brain-numbing professional productions. Sometimes the actors' and directors' pay rates don't define the quality.

It's also possible she meant raw sets & costumes. Not necessarily the acting.
I am friends with someone who was her stand in on an upcoming picture and this person never had to do any work. Helen did most of it - tremendous lady. Can't say enough.

I love the Host's interviewing style, she really listens to her guests and enjoys it. But I wish they would give her a better chair to sit in, she looks "squeezed in".🙄

Great interview but small detail - something that bothered me all throughout the interview- What's with the waterbottles? why not glass bottles? tab water in a jug? glasses? It's time we change our small habits. I'm from Belgium. People can openly curse on television here, in moderation, but plastic used in this way would be seen as such an eye sore.
