wave to every neighbor , say hi to everyone who walks by have a small post card size flyer with the simple to the point services you do to give to anyone who will talk to u also i randomly wave to people who drive by also i’m very consistent never miss a mow so after a while it just works ig neighbors talk too and u just have to be responsible,respectful and try to look as professional as possible and always stand on your word mabey letter your truck up too
