Need to crack a large quantity of nuts fast, this industrial beast will do it for you. We have made it to the big leagues and this hard shell nut cracker can do it - Навчання та стиль
Well, I'm happy for you that you're pleased with this nutcracking machine, but what I really wanted to know was more about the mechanics, how you would adjust for other nut sizes, your percentage of whole halves of cotyledons versus small fragments, and how you separate the shells from the nut meat after the machine has done its job. Also, you should consider a more careful and detailed look at the product of the machine, as it was too brief and too out of focus to really understand what the product looks like.
This is basically a cone crusher. The inner cone is raised or lowered to accommodate different size nuts.
Could you use air/wind to separate the shells from the nuts like you would wheat from chaff?
It looks like a lot of work sorting out the fragments? I wish you had showed and talked about the pieces more. It looks like still a ton of work separating the smashed fragments?
Hi!!!, I wonder if your machine is really capable to crack pecan properly , I already spent a few thousand on a machine and not completely satisfied, thanks
What quick method do you use to remove the husk?
Crazy cool!
How much was it?
Where do you guys work?
price and website buy one your self ?
What’s the most efficient way to separate the nuts from the shell
Will it work with Pili Nuts?
Nice video. Do you know if this machine is available in Europe? And where to look? Thanks again for a great video 👍
What is the name of the machine
how much ? where can I order? somewhere in Europe?
That's cool. I bet its good for pecans as well. Thanks
Make sure your daughters tie their hair back when working around these machines. Their hair needs to be in a bun tightly secured on top of their head. Such machines will pull hair and loose clothing into the machine. Also install a kill switch.
Emmergency-off
Where are the cattle videos? Been waiting a long time
Do you separate the meat from the shells by hand after they come out of the machine?
Yes the picking of meats from the shells is all done by hand on our farm, thanks for watching
that seems like a time consuming task, I'd love to see a video on that sorting out process if you found a way to do it efficiently
What's the price of this nutcracker ?
What is the price
How MUCH does it cost and how can i get it
How many nuts to pay for this machine
How much
What's the name of the machine and where did you find it??

@@RMSpeltzFarm I need this machine bro
It seems it smashes shells and the kernels along with them...
Have you tried using salt water to dump the mix into? The right specific gravity of salt water would allow hulls to sink and nuts to float, in theory......
mich schep good advice.
Excellent video! We definitely need one for our harvest!
Looks like it would be a nightmare to get the nut meat
Is this machine still working for you?
yes doing great
@@RMSpeltzFarm i need this
Tag the maker please!
Did anyone notice that this machine mill the wallnuts into small pieces...that means very low grade, low quality nuts....the cracked wallnut should be "butterfly like" ...two big pieces from each nut,not 22 small pieces...
Its hard to show but we get half pieces of meat most of the time, I say 75% the other 25% are quarters and pieces. The next generation of these is being made adjustable now to handle wider variety of the nut meat for commercial usage and I image that would allow one to change it for the size the walnut more that one uses. In our case there is no reason to upgrade since we are only doing about 400 to 600 hundred gallons of nuts a year=)
@@RMSpeltzFarmWhat variety you used to get 75% half?
That contraption would pulverize pecans into bits.
we have used it for pecans and works good for the larger ones, the smaller ones can slip through and not get cracked the newer model of this machine allows cone adjustment and that I am told really help with the softer nuts
