That CVS used to be a Big Bear Market - there was a Rexall drug store right next to it. There was a Coronet 5 & 10. Those were the day’s ✨

When we lived there back in the 50's and 60's, I remember we did our shopping at Big Bear! I was 7 when we left Serra Mesa to live in Michigan in 1963. My dad had a job change.

I lived there when I was a child. My parents bought a new home in a new subdivision for about $17,000 in 1959. I went to Benito Juarez elementary school.
