When I play, just standing around I easily get 120 FPS, But as soon as I get into a fight that 120 drops to about 100-110 when fighting a single NPC, but when there's 2 NPCs, that 120 drops straight down to 60 and doesn't budge, is there a fix to this, or is that completely normal?
100% this is not nomad, the mods are pc and the graphics are too high He probably does a quest link to his pc and downloads mods from there, that's how his graphics are so good. Also scratch that, he probably uses a cable

This is vanilla gameplay. Update 1.0 brought this all to the game for pcvr. These features will be available on standalone eventually though.

He's most likely using pcvr. Update 1.0 isn't available standalone yet.
