    Can this buttercream stand the humidity & the very hot temperatures in Durban, KZN....

      I'm not sure how hot it is there, but it can withstand humidity and heat to an extent. I would recommend not leaving it out of the fridge for more than 2 hours when the temperatures are very high.

    How many kgs is the margarine please 🙏

      908g or approximately 1kg. I used butter though, I don't know if margarine will give the same results, but if that's what you have, you can totally use it. I have updated the recipe with the quantity in kg. Thanks for watching, and I hope it turns out well for you.
