Thank you so much. I really appreciate your comment. By the way I don't think I've asked you what your first name is. I always like calling somebody by their name when I respond to their comment.
Hi Juanette!! This is going to be beautiful slow stitching. Loved hearing the stories on your trip. 😂 I can imagine there was a lot of laughter on this trip. I'm excited to see these journals come together. Have an awesome weekend...💜
Hello sweet Juanette, happy to see you! The fabric you showed was so beautiful! Thank you for sharing to us beginners of slow stitch what do! And most of all were the stories & pictures of your trip, thank you. Please give sweet Fiona a big hug, take care & have a wonderful day!🤗💜🌻💕🐶
Thank you so much Diana. Fiona is not happy right now because I have to put her in her kennel when my housekeepers are here. The only reason she has to be in the kennel is because she wants them to pet her so much that they can't get any cleaning done.
@ 💜💜💜 no, I’ve only made one journal EVER but I have been working on making Christmas cards. I use a lot of journal ideas for my greeting cards. Hope you have a great day!
Juanette love your journal covers. Your tunnel story made me laugh as I have been through all those tunnels. Being accidentally trapped in the courtyard wasn't such a bad thing as it was beautiful and something most people probably don't get to see. It was funny in the video where you can see one lady giving you a dirty look. My Mother and I accidently joined what we thought was a free tour at the art gallery and the tour guide told us off. We were so embarrassed we hot footed it out of there.
SCOTLAND! Our favorite place to visit. We have been talking about a 2025 return trip. Would love to hear about your visit. Beautiful journal cover. I have threaded a needle and have a very beginner project underway just to see if I may get the hang of it. I love the clips of your visit to France. You ladies sound a bit like Lucy & Ethel, in all of the best ways possible of course. So very delightful.
That’s wonderful to see how Rachel’s material comes from the printer before it is cut up. The material collages look wonderful on the books. You’re so funny about the tunnels and the plant growth above. Scotland will be lovely. And Norway is wonderful.
Thank you so much Dawn. After Vern questioned me on why I thought they would have to move the dirt above the tunnels I realized how stupid that sounded. But it is a funny story. We do have to laugh at ourselves sometimes.
Hello from Maui Juanette. The journals are going to be so beautiful. Your stories are so funny. I will get behind on video watching but know I am thinking of you. ❤❤❤❤
@@Ann-eh7ii well one of those December daily journals is for you, my friend. Tell me, do you want the one with the candy cane on the front or the one with the two children. I’m not sure if I’m done with the slow stitching for the front yet. I may add some more.
@@journalsfromtheattic7371 thank you so much Laurie. I've added a little more stitching to them so they are almost complete. I will show them in an upcoming slow stitch Saturday.
It’s easy to have brain farts like you had going through the tunnel because you live in a place where there isn’t tunnels or mountains. I live in Northern California and where I live it doesn’t snow, but it snows in the mountains near by, so when I went to visit my cousin in Wisconsin it was totally flat. Yet I knew they had snow and I just didn’t understand how it snowed without mountains, 50 years later after that trip I’m still not sure how you get snow without mountains. 😂 ❄️ 🏔️
The fabrics are wonderful! The journals will be beautiful. The tunnel story was funny😄

Love these! So appreciate that you showed how to make the taking stitch.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment. I'm so glad that I could help you out.
Fun video juanette. I love hearing your travel stories. The journals will be beautiful. TFS🌴
Thank you so much Annette. I really appreciate it. I had to write the stories down because I know my memory is not the greatest sometimes.
Morning sister. Love this video and fabric. I love the holidays and great memories of Christmas morning with you.
Thank you so much sister. Yes, I remember us huddled in front of the heater on Christmas morning waiting for mom and dad to wake up

💜💜💜 these two journals are going to be so pretty if they are as pretty on the inside as the covers are! Thanks so much!
Thank you so much Amy. Are you starting to work on Christmas/holiday journals yet?
