You should react to RM 4 things episode with English subs. He was working on this mixtape During the filming and a few of BTS original members and his old crew are on it talking about RM and the hate he receives as an idol. It’s good. Honestly I believe a lot of this is directed at the people in that documentary and the others in the industry.

I think he's in such a safe, high point in his life now, he has no-one to be angry with and so his music is more healing now. we still have UGH, Daechwita, D2, but bts are untouchable now. they dont need to be angry anymore

Yea. Don't really like it when people keep saying we need another cypher or need this RM or this Suga back cause it's like..no..no we don't. The ones who have now are perfectly okay...that was the past its over and done with whether we like it or not..they've gown as people and artists now so no need to dwell on the past like that so much anyway. We can appreciate the songs and everything that came out of who they were back then and all of course but that was who they were then and what they had to say at that time and now they're different people and have evolved into something much deeper personality and music wise. Cyphers were only there to speak to people who doubted them and to prove something but they have nothing to prove anymore and nothing to say to those people, at least not through stuff like that anymore. Even if they were to do a cypher too it wouldn't sound anything like the old ones, not because they're "cooperate" now or anything just cause that's not who they are anymore so naturally they won't be saying or doing the same things
RM mixtape is healing, it depends on how you look at it. Not all "healing" music has to be slow and sad sounding. People who worry too much about what other people think, should listen to this mixtape and read the lyrics. You can gain a sense of confidence if you don't just view it as another angry rap song

I always took the "Sneeze" part as that annoying feeling when you have to sneeze but you don't and it just lingers...🤷♀️
I'd say a sneeze is someone always happens, it is always there in any season. May be a cold, may be allergies, something goes up your nose...

This mixtape was during a time he had so much anger towards the kind of discrimination, hate and doubt he was recieving even from his so called peers in hiphop community. I think by now he is over that stage of namjoon hence changing and leaving the name “rap monster” to real me”

also rm does have two mixtapes, there's RM and mono. personally I wanna say they're completely different vibes, RM feels more like a mixtape where he wants to prove himself as a rapper, with high energy songs like Joke and Monster and Throw Away, whereas mono. is alot more poetic and chill, really shows his growth as an artist with deep and profound lyrics like everythingoes and moonchild but I recommend them both because it's so interesting to see these polarisations of rap created by one artist
it's just refreshingly awesome to find people reacting like everybody should to the genius that is Kim Namjoon. Love this!

Yes!! This is from his 2015 mixtape! There he talks a lot about people dissing him for being in BTS, I think this mixtape was his way of dealing with his underground past. I freaking love it!! Glad you enjoyed it so much :) I always hope they do another cypher, but honestly I don’t think it’s gonna happen 🥴 I think they really meant it when they said “this is my last goodbye” in mic drop! I mean I’m happy for them because they are confident enough now to know that they don’t need to address haters because their career speaks for itself but like… the cyphers are so good 😂😭

YES! He got two mixtapes too, RM in 2015 and Mono in 2018. You gotta check it out!!! You can tell the themes changed over the years as he went through the shit and moved past them. Grew and became a better version of himself and you are right, he is not the type to keep talking but he’d show it just to shut nasties up and then move on and never talk about it again. His intelligence is 🔥 the hottest thing about him for me.

It's a hiphop concert and he was invited, he also brought jhope and suga as his guests and performed cypher 3 with them. It's soo good and everyone was so hype. You'll see Joon in his element, he's really born to do this.

I highly recommend the song "Rap Monster" by RM. It's a short song, but it's pretty dope.
I would put the old RM and Suga up against any rapper. They are just that good. Their word play, cadence and delivery is out of this world. Jhope is good too, his flow and hype is amazing especially in the cyphers

This mixtape does have several samples, its why its not on spotify, but, it goes hard. It's a really raw sound that he released to kind of come to terms with his own identity in the hip hop scene and idol scene. dont know why people sleep on these tracks so much but you'd probably really dig the rest of the tracks

It's amazing to listen to RM's 2015 mixtape and then his mono.
If in lt mistaken,rm often says that when he was RAPMONSTER it was a time in his career where he was full of anger and frustration. I forgot this so army please correct me if I'm off abit but I once read an article that quoted him saying something that he knew love but he said it wasnt something he truly either felt or would associate as he worked compared to anger but if u look at rm as RM NOW,he even has a song titled Love and is way more at peace. Army consider it disrespectful when ppl and fans refer to him as Rapmonster despite him continuously asking for us to call him as RM from then on. He considers RAPMONSTER a big part of his life but he still moved on and found peace,he matured and while he may get angry or feel down like any other person with emotions,he isnt using anger or hate to fuel his artistry or to show his worth.
I'm sorry but rm definitely deserves more than what stans give. We are ot7 and adore the man and he is known to have grown in popularity and recognition BUT u can see we owe rm more respect for so many projects and more. If stans genuinely dont like something they are not obligated but armys behavior towards his art can often times be disrespectful without realizing. Rm is versatile af as a rapper and writer/producer. Rm is known to be the best in wordplay,he has great diction,speed and flow. He can write ballads,pop songs,r&b,trap,hiphop,latin influenced,songs about love,life,anger,emptiness and so much more. The man is talented af and I'm glad yall know it and are still returning to the older days praising it.
