Personally a bigger fan of the Durga II Color scheme but if there's not really a difference of accessories I'd really be happy to grab this.
If you don't mind the higher price it's better to get the Durga ii since you can build this version with that kit iirc
i believe durga II have additional weapon while also still have durga I weapon
