The story left me feeling happier, you cant beat British broadway of that time. The colourising made it more watchable, albeit the cheap version. All around great little movie.
In lieu of the lack of a description above: Charming farce about British and German soldiers peacefully sharing a little island in the Adriatic in 1943 - that is until the beautiful Elsa is cast ashore.
The movie Don't Panic Chaps! was filmed in several locations, including: Callow Hill sandpit Also known as the Egham Sandpits, this sandpit in Virginia Water, Surrey was used as a backdrop for Dr Who and other Hammer films. It was later used as a landfill site and is now "re-wilded". Monkey Island Located next to Bray Studios in Berkshire, this island was often used as a stand-in for Hammer's jungle and water scenes.
Not to sound like a little kid, BUT OH MY FUCKING GOD, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I saw this once in the 70s on Saturday afternoon TV! I reminded me of a Carry On film, just not quite as smutty! 😅 So good to finally have it here!
Why on earth is this ‘Colourised’?? Leave the poor film alone! Even if it was done half competently it would only spoil a good black and white film, but this is a shockingly poor job; British army officers with blue hats, colours changing and flickering the whole time. What on earth was the point??
Love these old films. Thanks.
Another great and funny British Comedy and wonderful colour.
I quite like it colourized, and funny in a silly sort of way, thanks for up loading it
Very good, thank you. lots of familiar faces. Storyline a bit odd but the British comedy was present throughout.
10/10..
It had a story, that might have happened, and was funny, and great to see faces long gone from the screens.
😊totally enjoyable ! Thankyou all involved !🙋😹🕺🦘
Thank you.
Watching a old British film while drinking a lovely cup f tea
First time I've ever heard British Grenadiers in swing time.
I definitely prefer the colorized version!
A very funny film with a brilliant and well known cast.
Nice to see it in colour.

Cerchez la femme
Dads Army in the Med, filmed on the Isle of white by the looks of it.
A great classic post war pickup, legends cast. 8.5/10.

Why did you need to use foul language and blasphemy?
a very young 'Arthur Dailey".
Thanks for telling us what we already know
Just wanted to ask…what exactly was the branch the brits belonged to?
ausgezeichnet !
The scene at the beginning showing the prisoners were all Italian 40,000 Italians surrendered to just 8 Australian tanks
George Cole- - - Arthur Daley !
Gosh we would never have guessed till you made that Blindly obvious remark!
@lordeden2732 ok Rimmer.
@pressureworks Well we now know your favourite hobby!
Had to give up on this one, dire.

why have they got blue faces
Cold
The youngest George Cole I ever saw.
Thankfully there is also a black and white version on this platform ...i hate it when they colourise these films and as always get the colours wrong
I agree the colours are awful - and wrong in many places.
You are missing a lot.
This film is well below B grade
Think you do not get it!
Why did you watch it then??🤔🤔🤔🤔 It's Free!! Your Free to not watch!😉😉😉🙄🙄🙄😤
Another old movie ruined by colourisation.
From the times we could still laugh about the idiots and cultists of the British Masonic Ruling Class establishment. How we can’t anymore!
Speak for yourself.
Utter dribble
@@lordeden2732 or possibly drivel
Not even a description you get a thumbs down and advise everybody not to watch get your act together
Boehoe whiner
pointless and useless.
