Im still a man.....thanks for the reminder I like the way you do your reps especially on the leg press. not locking out at the top and keeping the weight moving slowly at all times. omg my legs were burning just watching you do them....awsome job on that. Not locking out does have a potential for causing imbalance effecting the function of the knee ... for balance in the knee make sure you lock all the way out on leg extensions to. hit the VMO... walking backwards uphill or sled pulling. will do it also

OMG..............now!❤❤beautiful and lovely.lf you eat rice make sure to wash them properly till the water run as clean, like the tap water,which is like 4 to 5 wash..Rice has a lot of starch that can cause bloat.l make my own pasta instead,wash them after cooking in cold water just to remove starch before eating.Cheers.❤

Never do these with out first warming up, but you already know that. What's the secret to blowing up thighs? I do all these exercises on my leg days and only get great definition but not bulk. @@sofit_ngr At my age, my morning workout routine consists of opening one eye, then the other or, if I feel particularly energetic, cranking both eyes open at once. If I don't see a figure with a pitchfork looming, I proceed cautiously from there. So, while I am hardly your ideal audience member, I still greatly enjoy your videos. (Even in my youth, I would have struggled to match your workout routines.) Long may you continue and my thanks for brightening many a day.
