Happy Easter! I hope you all enjoyed your holiday if you celebrated! I did a lot of cooking this year but thankfully I didn't overdo it. I made a honey-baked ham, Korean BBQ Ribs, Sweet Potato baked with Marshmallows, mac-n-cheese, twice-baked potato, pork eggrolls, and crab toast. Marissa (Belle) and her husband came over and Marissa cooked some goodies too! And Jess did the cake.

Omg!! Mimi is a fantastic cook!!! ESPECIALLY on HOLIDAYS!!! Love how her dishes are spread out on the table when she's done cooking and tells us what the dish is!!! And the pool wasn't bad either!!! Lol....

Also, in your twice baked potatoe mix, try adding some chopped green onion, some grated cheese and some bacon bits before reloading into potatoe skins and top with more shredded cheese for the second bake.😋❤ P.S. never heard of, or thought of baking the hollowed out potatoe shins before reloading...definitely going to give that a go!!

New recipe suggestion: that Mac and cheese, but fold in stir-fried chopped bell peppers, sliced grape tomatoes, diced white onions, diced white mushrooms, shell removed shrimp tails in a garlic butter sauce. Adding shredded cheese into a few layers of all the cooked ingredients, with a final topping of grated cheese and some seasoned bread crumbs, before putting into the oven for about 15-20 minutes on 375°🤌👩🍳
You can cook the Korean ribs under the broiler, it works so good and gets the char on them without having to fuck up a pan w the sauce burning. My chef friend showed me
