Thanks for the reply, both of you. I might give this one a watch since I have a soft spot for ghost movies - plus I did like the vibe of Humane (I saw it more as a satire then a violent horror drama).

So we know pretty much who is going to die - two white girls, the old dude and most likely the black girl’s hubby. The last 20 minutes will be a routine chase, a predictable “snatch victory from the jaws of defeat“ moment, a limp “oops not quite dead moment “ and then a macho one liner from the heroine to end. And Hollywood wonders why we don’t go to the cinema any more.
