Stuart in Florida a “squatter “ is someone that brakes into a house and doesn’t have a rental agreement, so a squatter in Florida is a criminal. That’s why the governor passed that law and everyone is in favor. Now the owner have rights, the squatter doesn’t. Florida is full of houses owned by old people that live in two states and only come down when it get to cold for them to stay in their state. When you rent in Florida, you pay first, last and a security deposit that usually is 2 months of rent. Eviction usually take 4 months so the owner doesn’t loose too much money.

I have been traveling to Spain for the past 30 years. I love it there. I’m thinking of moving permanently to Spain. My Spanish friends are recommending me to get a “golden visa” to stay there by buying a small apartment or two and renting them out. What is the latest news on the golden visa? If you have already talked about that what video can I watch to get the latest? I don’t want to sell my house in California if it’s not going to be a legal route to residency in Spain. Stu´s Australian accent puts a definite flatness on the ´hola´ but we all know that he´s saying ´´Hola Amigos´´. What drew me to his channel was the word ´here´ in Australian...then I traveled Spain talking like him and saying ´´takus, life is amazing´´ from the Great Q´s Greenland YT Channel. So Much Fun! It´s so interesting listening to different accents from different English speaking countries, many I have a hard time understanding. Castellano is fascinating especially from someone who learned it from indigenous Mixtecan and Triqui Oaxacans from southern Mexico as well as a foundation by South American professors from Chile and Peru. Viva El Mundo!🌏
