Really nice and easily understandable presentation. Can you deliver a presentation on screening of plants for various morphological traits under laboratory conditions (Such as how salt tolerance can be screened artificially without growing them in the field conditions)?
very clear and informative, I got a little lost at the early part, what did you do after DNA extraction and before gel run to get the separate fragments, RFLP?
Hello, Suman. thanks for the video. But I have got a confusion, running the DNA from selected plants get only one band. while you were drawing as several bands. does it means that its been digested with an enzyme or what? regards
Hello Suman. Thanks for this video. I am kinda new to this and really interested to learn more and more. In this video you mentioned about extracting the DNA of interest and then using PCR to amplify it. Could you please tell me how the primers can be design for the PCR? Also could you please tell me how we can deal with a situation when we have more than one band of interest?
This seems to be like genome wide selection rather than marker assisted selection. In marker assisted selection we look at the quantitative markers as well which are linked to the target gene and not on the gene itself. Please explain.
Question: 1. Why would one run gel using all the varieties of plants when we only care about the Drought tolerant plants? Yeah maybe because we want to find the gene markers, why then did you mention about selecting plants visually?
Through visual characters we can assume for the presence of that gene marker but confirmation can only be acheived through carrying gel analysis of all such plants DNA.
You didn't mention how to use pcr primer for amplification of dna. One must know target qtl related maker before pcr And then run in gel . I think you haven't sufficient knowledge about marker assisstant breeding. Not .arched with your title
Sir, I really don't have words to thankyou.. M referring your videos from past 1 year sir. It's v simplified, amazing, helpful..
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
My one and only one Botany teacher☺️☺️
Thank you
Thankyou sir... I learned so from from you than from my online class
you are just amazing you save me every exam man ! much love
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Thank you so much sir You sharply outlined the topic MAS🙂
You're welcome
Watching your all videos in 2021 ❤️
You were amazing before years you r amazing today also 😎❤️😍
Glad you liked it

At 4:19, when you extract DNA and run a gel, have you just sheared the DNA at random anywhere or have you focused on certain genes?
really good I understand the whole process in a less time may God bless you
Thank you sooo much for your videos! This is a very interesting science!
🌷🙏Thank you sir🌷🙏
You're welcome
U r awesome sir i like ur teaching tysm sir for helping 😊
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Thank you...this video was very helpful for me to get the idea of MAS
You're welcome
thank u sir this video has cleared all my doubts at once
You're welcome
Thanks, dear sir this video helped me much many more on my confusing about how can select the best crop breeding for progress.
Glad it helped
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 You are best 💯👍
you're awesome, thank you for your videos!
Crystal clarification💯
Thank you
OMG.. Thankyou somuch sir😩..

Very interesting topic 👍
Thank you
awesome explanation ... Wish you more subscribers
+ABhaY ThaKUR thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Very helpful 🙌
You're welcome
please, answer me if I know this band in those (1 and 3) variates is my target gen?????
Exactly my question as well.
So clear presentation
Thank you
YOU ARE GORGEOUS.
Thanks
This is most understandable than new ones
You're welcome
Simply outstanding
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Simple and mind drilling 👌👌
You're welcome
If their is two gene same in both species then how to know which one is responsible for draught tolerance or for particular gene?
Thank you ❤❤❤
You're welcome
Very useful video Sir .... Thank you Sir
Hello, Suman. thanks for the video. But I have got a confusion, running the DNA from selected plants get only one band. while you were drawing as several bands. does it means that its been digested with an enzyme or what? regards
Plant genome was digestedbefore running the gel
Suman Bhattacharjee thanks for the reply
Nice explanation
Thank you
Nice explanations sir...
Thank you so much for explaining this.
Amazing video!
Well explained, thank you!
You're welcome
But there is also possibility these varieties are same isnt it? So they seem drought tolerance
sir in which book I can find about this topic but for animal.... I search lots of book but I could't found ... plz rpy
Plant breeding book refer
Thank you so much Sir
You're welcome
Hi
I was wondering which one is faster in terms of gene introducing GM or MAS?
could u reply on this comment pls
first i would like to say thanks for your nice presentation. what are the role of marker assisted selection in plant breeding?
Thanks,it really helped.
Thank you so much

Excellent
You're welcome
Please make videos on plant biotechnology
Good explanation thanks
We do have red and green capsicums, don't we?
So..nice..
Thank you
Please make videos on seed technology
Please make videos on plant breeding and it's scope
Thanks mate
You're welcome
Thank you!
You're welcome
Very useful

Hello, Can you give a subenglish in your videos? sometimes I can't follow you. Or show it in the description. Thank you!
Thanks for explaining

it is necessary for the comparison
a desire diamond can esially find in group of coal
..

thaank you sir
Please make videos on plant breeding
Okay. Coming soon
wonderful
good,but louder will be better
Hey we've the same headphones
please share video on selection in animal breeding.
Will make a video on that soon.
