One Touch Passing Patterns

  • This passing exercise focuses on performing one-touch passes, developing passing skills, cooperation between players and supporting movements.
    Organisation:
    - Players work in groups of five
    - Positions are changed continuously in alphabetical order during the progression
    - The exercise is performed with one ball
    The progression is started from position 'A' and two variations are performed.
    Players should start the exercise at moderate intensity, and raise the tempo of execution gradually.
    Before the progression starts a detailed explanation have to be taken, and players should make slow demo play with the lead of the coach.
