And also brother, I watched this whole video about the beginning of the Generation of Sultan Hyder Ali. Grandfather Sheikh Wali Muhammad was from Bijapur and to his Son Sheikh Muhammad Ali migrated to Kolar from Bijapur and then his Son Sheikh Fateh Muhammad became soldier for the First Nawab of Arcot and then he joined with the Nawab of Sira and defeated Marathas in the siege of Jinji in the early 18th Century and then his nephew Haider Khan was the soldier of the Wodiyar’s Kingdom of Mysore and now Sheikh Fateh Muhammad’s Son Hyder Ali came and was cousin brother to Haider Sahib under Wodiyar’s Mysore Kingdom. Sheikh Fateh Muhammad was granted as Jagirdar of Budikote by the Nawab of Sira and then his son Hyder Ali was born!!!!!!
I think it was known from vijaynagar times that kolar had gold ,so many people came to work in gold mines,English would have gained from local knowledge
