How to Make Cherry Blossom Syrup

- Ingredients:
~ 3 cups of blossoms
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
glass storage container
Step 1: Pick some fresh cherry blossoms
*some cherry blossom varieties are poisonous
Step 2: Wash and remove any stems or bugs
Step 3: Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan
Step 4: Place your blossoms in the saucepan
Step 5: Add 1 cup of sugar
Step 6: Turn on the stove to medium heat and dissolve the sugar
Step 7: Keep stirring until the syrup reaches the consistency you want
Step 8: Let the syrup cool slightly and pour into glass containers
*Optional: Filter out the petals
Step 9: Enjoy!
