Watched Rapid Rashmi show interviewing Mundina Nildana team, wtf guys, Red Chillis doing post production is selling point? Movie trailer looking like Bollywood movie and that is a compliment? Come out of this freakin inferiority complex, those guys have been remaking south indian movies off late and minting money, blame it on our nations founders who brought Hindi to all over India in schools. We watch Hindi movies and those guys dont watch other language movies unless they are dubbed in Hindi and that is the only reason why they make more money, get more theatres and has global appeal.Hindi screwed up other languages who have been making better movies since long and that is why we hate Hindi imposition. I challenge anyone from bollywood to have guys to make a movie like Ranganayaki where a son falls in love with his own mother and Puttanna Kanagal did it way back. Bollywood is never our competition, world cinema is, wait and watch KFI will soar above the rest and you guys will eat your words. I wish this movie success because it is technically well made and will showcase Kannada movie in a good way and not because it looks like any other industries movie. @@Naveen75574 Couldn't have put it across in a better way. All the problems lie in the foundation of the nation. Our stupid spineless politicians were and still r blind to this hindi imposition. Ppl cry no imposition but adopting 3 language policy is nothing but hindi imposition only. Under this policy hindi speaking north states were supposed to teach any 1 South Indian language in schools but they ignored it and refused to do so. Our ppl just accepted it blindly and cry imposition only for votes during elections. Infact CONgress was the one which started it under Indira and now bjp is blindly following the same.
Until and unless hindi speakers don't learn local language then we need to get rid of this hindi completely in schools and that's the only way to end this.
Our film industry in current state is the most morally corrupt and hypocritical ppl everywhere. They use Kannada only for promotion and PR stunts. Rest of the time its only English coz they feel high status speaking in it and think lowly of Kannada and make fun of accents. Nowadays all the titles, songs, cheesy dialogues r all in hindi. U'll not see such nonsense in Telugu and Tamil industries and hence ppl watch them more than Kannada in Bengaluru and now also in other smaller towns.
Kannadigas r the worst enemy of Kannada and Karnataka.

@N kumar, I felt really happy when you said that this movie is beyond bollywood level. Don't become judgemental after watching Rapid rashmi show. When they said that the trailer has comeout in bollywood level , they compared it with the best made bollywood movies. Every industry has the best and the worst.
When anyone sells anything, even the smallest thing is projected as the best. It is their marketing style and let them do it.

Overall a wonderful movie. Loved it!
However, from the standpoint of photography, this is undoubtedly a masterpiece. Probably the best ever in kannada till date - each and every frame is a poetry in photography!!! Director of photography / cinematography - Mr. Abhimanyu Sadanandan - Take a bow!!!!!
