You can emulate GameCube version using Dolphin emulator, no problem. But for Xbox, I tested it myself using xemu (an OG Xbox emulator), it lags by a LOT, so it becomes unplayable.

I used to play that game all those years ago I can remember
it really bothers me that the ps2 version only had 15 while the abox and gamecube versions had all 30. i grew up with the ps2. felt like i was cheated
