the way comet works is that the placing is based on the enemy movement direction and speed when the spell hits, gragor is basically garanteed to hit comet if he hits with his Q or E, since the stun/slow lasts long enough to get hit by hit even if comet goes in the opposite direction

Why not just Aery instead of comet? The CD is based on distance which will be short most of the time. The main difference is the lower base damage scaling but it might be made up for it thanks to it's consistency
