@@dmed312 yes you can of course. I am sure this guy would give you the same answer.
It's not that you don't like this video , you don't like yourself because you are not capable to standing up to your potential.
I mean you are capable of doing it 💯 but your mind always finds excuses not to do anything. You are not fooling anyone , even you know deep down inside.
It's hard to start , I know man , I took heroin for 10 years, and developed habits that went deep into my subconscious mind and were very bad. At 30 years old I went to methadone clinic . I am on methadone to this day since 14 years. I reduced my dose from 140 ml a day to 60 ml. I believe I still can go down to 50 for sure maybe even 40.
But I changed my life started working out, meditating, got a rent , a small one room apartment . Social Care helps me a lot.
My life was not easy. My father was an alcoholic who beat me up and my mother , I was 8 years old , did not understand what's really going on fully at the time. Could not protect my mom, I didn't get why he is furious when he wasn't drunk but all happy and nice to me and mom when he was drunk. My mom died of cancer at 55
in 2011. My dad is 67 today. Our relationship today is good, he helped me when I was in Polish prisons for 5 years, he helps me now, we talk on the phone a lot cause he lives in another city but comes to visit me every 2 months , sometimes once a month, found himself a woman 2 years ago, I am happy for him, I don't feel any grief or hatred or have any bad feelings towards himself whatsoever. His father was a beast , he beat him up and his mom too. He thought that is how you are supposed to deal with kids.
My main point is the start is the hardest , once you develop a routine you will do your workouts automatically, kinda. A habit will develop , but you need discipline. Without it you cannot achieve nothing, just do it, once you start and see some results after a few months let's say the motivation will occur by itself , that's how it works , people look for motivation but first you need to take action than motivation comes in by the backdoor by itself . Trust me on that
I wish you and everyone all the best.
The worst feeling I think is when you are old and have all these unfulfilled dreams and regrets . You know you could have done it but it's too late now. Take care brother........

@@elrickpenn yeah, when I first heard Denzel's speech on the high school graduation ceremony, when he was saying that it hit me really good, and it's so obvious after you realize it. I recommend you watch this speech , he says great things there . Really mind opening things, like that he never had plan B , because he didn't want to have smith to fall back on, he wanted to fall forward if he failed , at least he would know what he was hitting.
      Other great quotes he used
If you hang around a barbers shop long enough sooner or later you are gonna get a haircut
Or he said that in order to achieve something you never had you have to do something you never did.
He was sitting in this saloon that his mother had when he was a kid and this old lady was staring at him every time he looked in the mirror
      And she said
      Son I have a prophecy
You are going to travel the world and speak to millions of people.
And it happened, I traveled the world and spoke to millions of people through my movies , he said. He is my favourite actor to this day.
But Arnold Schwarzenegger also said he never had a plan B because if he had plan B that would take energy that he needed to accomplish plan A and also mean that he didn't believe in his plan A
All the great people , Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali , Madonna who came to America with a few dollars in her pocket, Sylvester Stallone , I can assure you they did not have any fuckin plan B.
Some people have even plan C and D.
      Another thing Denzel said
Did you know Thomas Edison had 1000 failed experiments? He said I didn't know that. And than he finished
Because the 1001 experiment was the light bulb.
If you hang around that barbers shop long enough you will eventually get a haircut my brother. That's a sure thing. But you gotta hang around there all the time, not even leave for a minute.......

Oh , Tona, I really feel for you.
      Sorry for your loss.
I lost my mother to cancer in 2011 . She was only 55. I was 32 back than. Got into deep benzodiazepines addiction which lasts to this day. But I reduced from 10 mg to 6 mg. I will beat this addiction. Methadone since 2008 is enough and 10 years of heroin addiction prior to that. Now I am 43. I think mother's should never bury their children. It's better the other way around. Especially when you just have one child. I was the only child.
It sucks to not have a sister or brother.
