Absolutely gorgeous! This house is so cozy with touches of glam. I’m so excited to see how Kyndall decorates the house. I agree it would look nice to have to barrel with two chairs in the wine room. For the breakfast nook, maybe a round table and a nice build in bench. Since the door opens wide, you can’t have a huge table. Also in your bedroom near the windows you should also consider two tufted chairs and a cute table. I’m so happy for you all . ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I know this is rather sexist but I'm more worried about Tex, His wife pretty much claimed every room in the home.....where is his space at?
This is how men end up as basement dwellers and or relegated to the garage or have to build a man-cave. Where is Tex supposed to go for his hobbies and solitude?
I never comment. As beautiful as the house is, the front and back yard looks to be so tranquil. The great room windows looking out to the backyard is next level.
Why are there so many people worried about how many times they moved, how they are dividing the rooms, how much the house cost and if they are renting or not ?😂😂 that should be none of y’all concern 😂they knew what they were doing when they chose the house and they are happy that’s all that matters 😂

For the empty space in the kitchen where the fridge may have been, I suggest getting some exposed shelving and displaying like pretty china or other decorative stuff on it, like jars of spices/rice, etc.

Absolutely beautiful home! It's stunning! Congrats! Is there a *nursery* for baby Kyndall and the new bundle of joy? If not, would y'all be opposed to switching rooms so that the nanny stays on the first floor, and you guys, as the parents, can be on the same level with Caleb's room and hopefully that guest room can be a nursery or room for the babies. Then, y'all can read stories and tuck the kids in and don't need to travel up and down the stairs at night. What y'all think?
Also, that nook by the kitchen can be for an old fashioned China closet, or it can have a console table with flowers and a mirror on the wall, or menu board on the wall that you write on, OR a fancy aquarium?

The new living room kinda resembles the living room in the old house. Has the same style with the windows & the beams on the wall/ceiling... But this one looks brighter...it gives off comfortable vibes.. the old house was alot of brown wood...

Most ppl I know baby sleeps in there room, most nurseries you see are unused during the newborn stage and most parents co sleep with babies crib in the room anywere up to a few month to a year, and who about to go up all them stairs and you sleep down stairs idc how big or small your house us I'd like to see you run up n down stairs all night ...that there is genius
In the kitchen nook, do like a cookbook and coffee bar. In the game room, make it like a homework and learning area. You can do a chalkboard on the wall.

As for suggestions... can you possible have the side outdoor reversed meaning having it open and close the opposite way so it won’t get in the way of your table or you can put a smaller table in the area where you think the old fridge was since you’ll be having bar stool at the island for extra seating.

If you drink coffee you should try a coffee bar in the open corner in the kitchen and get a table or cabinet that won’t cover the light maybe in the future you can build on and add more cabinets if you need too

I love the house guys but I am in loove with that wine cellar room!! Kyn, I am guilty because I am def one of those housewives you mentioned that wants to sip wine while getting ready..or even while taking a bath.. or just hiding from my 3 kids lol but anyway, as for my idea for your kitchen space.. im not sure if you like plants but I would put a whole setup right there with my little kitchen herb plants on a nice big rack along with some beautiful indoor plants 😉😉
