I do pray and trying very hard to recover from the worst betrayal of my life. IT has now been 8 years since my divorce. I have forgiven him, mostly for myself to not stay in bitterness, anger, self pity, but I still have a very hard time accepting what happened and moving on. I find myself in a lonely place and feeling apathetic most of the time. I am not the same person I used to be. God will help you ask him to show you and he will, continually call their name in prayer even if you don't feel it. I had to do the same. I piggy backed off of Gods love, He loves them and wants them to be saved and repent of their sins against you. Being human your feelings are normal, God loves us so much He will take the negative feelings from you. It is ONLY GOD'S LOVE that will help you. When I asked God to help me when extended family members took advantage of me regarding business deal, I had a very hard time, one day in prayer I said their names out loud and said I loved them but it is really Gods love that I was praying through.
